The competitive planning proposal for a framework structure plan is intended to provide guidance for further detailed land-use plan. Key concept is density, natural wind sheltering, solar access, and good relations/contact with surrounding nature and recreational areas. The proposal allows for about 600 apartments in apartment buildings and 400 apartments in detached housing and service organizations.
