Icelandic university of educationBatteríið’s entry was chosen for implementation after an invited architectural competition. The extension provides the older teacher training college building (now reformed as the Icelandic University of Education Reykjavík) with a new wing including a new main entrance, additional teaching facilities, lecture halls and a new library.
