An entry in a closed European design competition after a preliminary selection of 4 teams. The competition team contained besides Tbl architects (Tark/Batteríið Architects/Landslag)  which conducted the project management, the English architectural office John Cooper architects in London and Origo Arkitektgruppe a/s in Bergen Norway
