Seterbråten

Seterbråten is one of Oslo’s southern neighborhoods. It is included in the future social housing plan for Residential Oslo KF. The purpose is to develop a diverse community, for various residential groups.
The topography is characterized by a hilly landscape and natural forest. The buildings are adapted to these conditions and are given a small house character. The houses are built according to low-energy class 1 which meets the highest requirements for 20W / (m2K) value. The main façade material is natural wood and partly stained wood to harmonize with the surroundings. The 1st floor of the buildings are available with a residential care. Included features in the housing are parking, bicycle storage and central heat below ground.
