Eskiás

The Eskiás project features a series of residential buildings in Garðabær, Iceland. The development includes nine houses, each with varying numbers of apartments, all designed to offer individual entrances and maximize natural light. The buildings form a square around a sheltered inner courtyard. Apartments range from 70 to 135 square meters and include 2 to 5 rooms, with all storage spaces integrated within the units. The design emphasizes low-maintenance exteriors, electric vehicle charging stations, and communal outdoor spaces, aiming to provide a semi-detached living experience in a well-connected, family-friendly neighborhood.
