Mannvit Headquarters

The building will serve as the headquarters for the engineering firm Mannvit hf. It will be a four-story office building with a three-level underground parking garage. The facility will include approximately 400 workstations, a reception area, office spaces, meeting rooms, a café, a dining hall, and support and technical areas.

The exterior concrete walls will be clad in aluminum, painted, or epoxy-coated. Windows will be aluminum in a grey tone, and all visible steel will be painted. Protrusions will feature colored glass. Interiors will have a bright and open design.
