Norðurbakki

Norðurbakki 15-21 consists of four apartment buildings with four and five floors, totaling 88 apartments. They are located by the seaside facing south and within walking distance of all services in Hafnarfjörður. There is a shared underground parking garage beneath the buildings and a garden between the houses, which includes a mini-golf course and play area.

The smaller apartment buildings feature large rooftop gardens belonging to four apartments on the top floor.

Materials: untreated aluminum plates, colored Plexiglas, and oak. Doors and window frames are made of dark gray aluminum.
