The property consists of two building volumes that are associated with a glass bridge. The volumes are slim and horizontal but at one point it rises into a tower. Dividing the building structure and variations in elevation makes the building appear dynamic and adapts to the surrounding buildings. Foyer and restaurant are located on the 1st floor, conference portion extends from the basement to the 2nd floor, hotel rooms are from 3 to 10 floor with a total of 350 rooms, the lounge and roof terrace are on the 11th floor.
Facade draws its inspiration from leaves and crystals in nature and despite its simplicity it creates a beautiful organic, irregular composition. The facade consists of a modular system of triangles which creates a vivid facade similar to treetops in harmony with the area’s park. BREEAM standard of certification “very good”.
